A Massage Works Pregnancy Massage will help relieve the everyday discomforts of pregnancy. We understand the changes that occur during pregnancy, and will adapt your massage to suit you and your baby's needs. Whilst receiving your massage you will be gently positioned on your side. We use pillows to bolster and large bath towels to ensure your comfort. We teach you the most comfortable and supportive sleeping positions, and along with your new sense of relaxation and eased muscle tension, your sleep quality will be greatly improved.
A pregnancy massage stimulates your circulation increasing the oxygen and nutrients to you and your baby, nourishing the both of you.
Any swelling in your feet, ankles, and hands may diminish.
It will also alleviate your stiff neck, aching back, sore hips, joint pain, and leg cramps.
