I hold a Bachelor of Physiotherapy, with a strong clinical understanding of anatomy, biomechanics, and rehabilitation. Originally from Nepal, I am currently undertaking a Master of Applied Management (Healthcare) at NMIT, further strengthening my knowledge of evidence-based practice and patient-centred care. I work as a Massage Therapist at Massage Works, where I use my clinical background to provide personalised treatments. I specialise in trigger point release, myofascial release, and joint mobilisation techniques to reduce muscle tension, relieve pain, and restore functional movement. Each session is tailored to your individual needs, whether you are recovering from injury, managing ongoing discomfort, or looking to improve mobility and overall wellbeing. While my approach is clinically informed, I prioritise creating a calm, supportive, and welcoming environment. I believe effective treatment begins with listening. My goal is to help you feel comfortable, understood, and confident in your care — leaving each session relaxed, balanced, and supported in your health journey. Outside of practice, I enjoy staying active, expanding my clinical skills, and maintaining a healthy and balanced life style.
