Kate Gloeggler
I first found my way to bodywork through dance—teaching and performing—where I explored movement as a way to connect, express, and understand the body. This journey naturally led me to teaching yoga and offering massage, deepening my passion and commitment to holistic wellbeing. I hold certificates in Deep Tissue Massage and Thai Yoga Massage, with over 15 years of experience in massage and bodywork. I continue to grow my skills through ongoing massage education. My approach is intuitive, grounded, and responsive to what each person needs. I love offering massage because it’s a powerful way to support the body’s natural ability to reset—relieving pain, easing tension, and helping the nervous system settle so you can feel more at home in yourself. Alongside my massage practice, I work as an outdoor instructor, including with Outward Bound. I facilitate nature-based experiences that foster connection to self, others, and the natural world. I live what I love—spending time hiking, being by the ocean, exploring different movement styles like aikido, and staying active in ways that nourish body and spirit.
